TCPO Library is a departmental Library, catering to the needs of the members of the staff in the discharge of the Organisational functions. Library stock consists of 11124 Books on urban & regional planning, architecture, environment, transport, economic development & planning, sociology, etc. Presently 13 journals and 10 newspapers are subscribed by the Library.

TCPO Library provides reference and resource services. The Library also maintains a collection of more than 300 Publications of the Organisation.
